The Hitman has officially been announced at a live guest by or dear Comic Con Africa friends. Also known as Bret Hart, he is one of if not the most famous wrestler to ever grace the squared ring. Starting his illustrious career way back in 1978, he has won the hearts (harts?) of millions of fans worldwide. He worked his way into the mack daddy of wrestling labels the WWE or WWF at that time. This is where he remained and gained most of his following. Well, that was until the controversial Montreal Screwjob. After which he left for WCW.
Hart who has been wrestling professionally for the better part of five decades has 32 titles to his name. The Hitman’s best being the 5 times WWE Heavyweight Champion. This much most people know. What is not commonly known though is that despite his ongoing representation of Canada, Bret actually has dual citizenship. His father Stu is Canadian, while his mom Helen was born in the big apple, New York.

Early Life
Bret grew up among 11 siblings and was quickly introduced to wrestling by his dad, who was a wrestling trainer. Having begun his wrestling career at the tender age of 9, he quickly became a standout in the amateur division. Showing the marks of a true champion so early had him earmarked to enter the Commonwealth Games, an opportunity he turned down in fear that the final destination would later reduce him to a mediocre life of a teacher.

And so the Hitman mounted hos campaign which pushed him through the WWE doors, winning his debut match. The federation initially wanted a cowboy gimmick for him, which he obviously declined. He chose that trademark color we all know and love today, interestingly the famous shades where only introduced to conceal his nervousness during interviews and talks. Yes, even the Hitman gets nervous, he said so himself many times.
Hart had many feuds over his tenure as a wrestler, but non as famous as the one with another start. Shawn Michaels. This feud is the prefix for any feud since then till today and beyond. A feud so strong so it spawned the biggest scandal in wrestling.

Coming Home
Of course, the past of Bret is nothing short of illustrious and it’s no wonder the CCA team has worked so hard to bring him to us. The Hitman will be online and ready to rumble with the CCA team. While to the full scope is yet to be revealed, it will surely have our Harts skipping beats having him as a celebrity guest.
